Public Schools Observance: The Masons
of California have a long tradition of extending support for and to our public
schools. In recent years, we have, as a Lodge, been supporting the “Academic
Olympics” program at Junction Avenue School. Other programs supported by
members include “Math Counts” and various projects at the schools attended by members
of our families.
Constitution Observance: We conduct an
annual celebration of the Constitution of the United States, usually in September,
near the anniversary of its adoption on September 17, 1787.
KIDS ID program: We have all the equipment and supplies to
bring this program to any location with standard electrical power. A page containing a photograph and
thumbprint of the child, spaces to record information, and many useful child
safety tips is printed and given to the parent. More information on this
program is available on the California
Grand Lodge website. Contact us if we can bring this program to you.
Our Building Centennial Celebration is
being planned for 2009.
Scholarships: We expect to award
scholarships annually to graduating seniors from our local high schools.
The Lodge is a member of the Livermore
Chamber of Commerce.
